The cTCR-like antibody specific for the epitope/HLA-A*02:01 complex recognized T2 cells expressing HLA-A*02:01 and pulsed with the epitope. The cTCR-L mAb also recognized HBV-B cells expressing HLA-A*02 allotypes, A*02:02, A*02:07 or A*02:11, and pulsed with the epitope.
