The epitope-specific antibody CH103 neutralized heterologous HIV-1 clade B virus strains. CH103 was broadly neutralizing as shown by neutralization of 55% of a panel of 196 geographically and genetically diverse Env-pseudoviruses representing the major circulated genetic subtypes and circulating recombinant forms.
