name:
Glycan shifting on hepatitis C virus (HCV) E2 glycoprotein is a mechanism for escape from broadly neutralizing antibodies.
description:
The affinity of epitope-specific Fab MRCT10.v362 for the epitope was determined by surface plasmon resonance. The epitope contained a C-terminal GSGK linker to biotin. Alanine substitution of most positions was tolerated, except alanine substitution at position N4 (N415A) or W9 (W420A) abolished binding.
