| description: |
Immunohistochemical studies of epitope-specific mAb using the frontal lobe and hippocampus regions of autopsied brains from 17 Alzheimer's Disease (AD) and 18 non-AD individuals was performed. The age range of the AD patients was 74 to 96 years and of the non-Ad individuals 67 to 83 years. The epitope-specific mAb reacted with typical amyloid plaques in the frontal lobe of AD patients.
