atomic distance from the antibody.
The epitope of YW210.09 Fab on low density lipoprotein receptor 6 (LRP6) E1 domain was determined from the crystal structure of the complex, solved by molecular replacement. The Fab was crystallized with the first two tandem ß-propeller-EGF-like domains of LRP6 (E1E2), but after extended incubation E2 was degraded. The antibody binds to a region at the top center of the ß-propeller.
