description:	The crystal structure of epitope-specific ED-10 Fab in complex with a single-stranded 6-mer 5'-TCAACC-3' was determined. There was clear electron density for only the first two bases on the 5' end of the DNA used for co-crystallization. There is one Fab-DNA complex in the asymmetric unit.
