atomic distance from the antibody.
The epitope-specific humanized 30D8 antibody and the parent mouse 30D8 mAb neutralized the activity of human CXCL12alpha, as shown by inhibition of CXCL12alpha-induced Jurakat cell migration. The mouse 30D8 mAb was also shown to block CXCL12alpha binding to 293-CXCR4 or 293-CXCR7 cells and blocked CXCL12alpha-induced Rac1 activation.
