The affinity of epitope-specific nanobody cAb-HuL5 for binding to wild type human lysozyme was determined by surface plasmon resonance. Nanobody cAb-HuL5 bound with similar affinity to amyloidogenic lysozyme variants with substitution D67H (KD = 460 nM) or I56T (KD = 410 nM).
