description:	The crystal structure of DNP hapten-specific antibody SPE7 Fv heterodimer in complex with the epitope peptide expressed on the active-site loop of thioredoxin (Trx) was determined. The epitope was selected from a peptide library expressed as cyclic peptides on the Trx display system. Some residues of the Trx molecule (104KVGALS109) are also contacted by the antibody.
