bio-layer interferometry assay
name:
A common solution to group 2 influenza virus neutralization.
description:
The epitope specific mAb CR8043 binds to H3 hemmagglutin and competes with mAb CR8020 for binding, as shown by bio-layer interferometry. Both mAbs are broadly neutralizing antibodies obtained from the same donor but are derived from different germ-line genes. They recognize overlapping epitopes on the HA stem.
