| description: |
The stoichiometry of epitope-specific B39 VHH binding to the TcdB-B1 RBD fragment (residues 2456-2710) was evaluated by electrospray ionization mass spectroscopy. The results show complexes with 1:1 and 2:1 (VHH: TcdB) stoichiometry, when B39 was present at 4-fold and 8-fold molar excess, respectively.
