Mice were immunized with a cocktail of 5 HLA-A*0101 ZIKV epitopes and then challenged with ZIKV. Epitope-specific cytokines responses were then assessed. In a separate experiment, anti-CD8 abs were used to deplete CD8+ T cells from immunized mice.
