The crystal structure of the epitope-specific 226 TCR bound to the analog peptide/H-2-IEk complex was solved by molecular replacement. The TCR is a chimeric fusion of 226 mouse variable domains and human constant domains. The MCC-p5E peptide was expressed tethered to the N-terminus of the TCR beta chain with a 10-residue flexible linker.
