Immunological Data Discovery Index
1. IEDB The Immune Epitope Database and Analysis Resource (IEDB) is a public repository of immune epitope data and is sponsored by the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).  The IEDB contains data related to antibody and T cell epitopes for humans, non-human primates, rodents, and other animal species.  The IEDB also makes available a variety of analytical and epitope prediction tools and resources within its Analysis Resource.
2. ITN TrialShare ITN TrialShare shares information about ITN's clinical studies and specimen bio-repository. Data and analysis code underlying ITN-published manuscripts are publicly available with the goal of promoting transparency, reproducibility, and scientific collaboration.
3. ImmGen The Immunological Genome Project (ImmGen) is a collaborative scientific research project that is currently building a gene-expression database for all characterized immune cells in the mouse. The overarching goal of the project is to computationally reconstruct the gene regulatory network in immune cells.
4. ImmPort ImmPort is funded by the NIH, NIAID and DAIT in support of the NIH mission to share data with the public. Data shared through ImmPort has been provided by NIH-funded programs, other research organizations and individual scientists ensuring these discoveries will be the foundation of future research.
5. ImmuneSpace ImmuneSpace is the central database and analysis engine of the Human Immunology Project Consortium (HIPC) . It can be used to find and explore studies, integrate and analyze data across assays, and perform custom analyses. To support the wide range of immunological experiments, ImmuneSpace is taking advantage of the considerable infrastructure already developed as part of the NIAID Immunology Database and Analysis Portal (ImmPort) system.
